I first met Dave Lovegrove and Terry Stokes at a seminar in Sydney at which they were both presenting information on property acquisition in Las Vegas. After nagging Dave a few times over the phone and meeting him in person at his hometown, he invited me to travel with his GREA team to Costa Rica and Las Vegas. My experience in Real Estate only runs about 4 deals (the old conventional way) so being somewhat new to the game, I felt so grateful and honoured to be able to see a couple of professionals at work.

We first arrived in Costa Rica and spent seven rather long days there, performing due diligence, driving up and down coastlines, looking at different real estate deals. Although I felt both excited and at times overwhelmed, I knew that this was the next level to my goal of financial freedom that I had been looking for.

At present I am in Las Vegas at the GREA teams accommodation learning about the Vegas market and who would of thought there were so many opportunities out there. In a short amount of time I have learnt so much with regards to investing strategies, team building and cooperation from Dave and Terry and feel honoured to have befriended these two real estate geniuses. I am quite blown away by their availability and care they have shown, giving up their time to mentor me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
